Enduring the winter - (sunrise) reasons to get out of ya pit

We get it, we honestly do. Dark mornings, shorter days, gloomy weather and cold thermometer readings - hardly the most inspiring factors to get you up and at 'em. Yet teh winter months can serve up some cracking reasons to head out. OK, not everybody fancies a dawn patrol surf during the off season (and in fact, many probably don't have time in the week). What's doable, however, is rising and shining for a spot of happy snapping. Layering up on a cold and frosty morn' is well worth the effort if your vista is eye catching. And don't think for a minute you need a high end snapper! Nope, your phone will do just fine.
